GLA:D®
GLA:D®, 'Good Life with Osteoarthritis in Denmark', is an education and exercise program developed by researchers in Denmark for people with hip or knee osteoarthritis symptoms.

GLA:D®
GLA:D®, 'Good Life with Osteoarthritis in Denmark', is an education and exercise program developed by researchers in Denmark for people with hip or knee osteoarthritis symptoms.
GLA:D® Australia is a program for all individuals who experience any hip and/or knee pain or symptoms of OA, regardless of severity. You may participate in the GLA:D® Australia program if you have a hip or knee joint problem that resulted in visiting a health care provider.
Lower Limb Rehabilitation Classes
Lower Limb Rehabilitation classes are perfect for achieving high end recovery following injury or surgery to the lower limb such as ACL repair, ankle fracture and hamstring strain.
Group sessions are conducted by a physiotherapist, with exercises tailored to your particular circumstances, needs and goals.
PINC Cancer Rehab Program
There are now more people surviving a cancer diagnosis, but they can face an increased risk of extended health problems, premature mortality and harsh side effects from their treatment.
The PINC Cancer Rehabilitation Program is dedicated to improving the strength, quality of life and sense of wellbeing of women diagnosed with cancer.
PINC Cancer Rehab will be available at Coconut Grove commencing July 2025 with Physiotherapist Meagan Colsey.

CorePlus
CorePlus is our take on clinical pilates. Combining the principals of pilates with functional strengthening exercises, we achieve amazing individual outcomes.
Conducted by physiotherapists with special training in the use of pilates for recovery from injury, clients undertake tailored programs, carefully monitored and progressed in line with individual goals.
General Exercise Class
Our General Exercise classes are for anyone of any age looking for physiotherapy-led group exercise to help with their healthcare goals.
This class is perfect for people with chronic diseases such as diabetes, pulmonary disease, heart disease, or those recovery from cardiac surgery.
If you've recently completed cardiac rehabilitation and are looking for ongoing structured exercise, the General Exercise class is the perfect fit.
Hydrotherapy Classes

Warm Water Exercise Class

Group exercise in warm water offers low-impact movement that reduces joint strain while improving flexibility, strength, and balance.
Warm water soothes muscles, enhances circulation, and encourages consistent participation for overall health and well-being.
Drop In Sessions
Drop in sessions are perfect for those people who are confident swimmers, can access and exit the pool safely and independently, and are seeking low impact exercise in a heated pool environment.
All equipment is supplied. These sessions are unsupervised and access is permitted only during the period allocated for the session.
